Tell me what you want to publish

Five minutes, one form. I read every application myself and reply by email. It does not commit you to anything, and it does not promise acceptance either way: peer review decides what is published.

I am applying as
About you

I reply here.

Optional. WhatsApp is fine.

What you want to publish

A rough one is fine.

What do you want to find out, and what do you have so far?

What is it for? Choose any.
Do you already have data?
Does it need a user study?
Proof that you are a student

A photo or scan: JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 5 MB. Used only to check you are a student, and deleted once I have decided.

Optional. A .ac.lk or .edu address is a second proof.

Sending an application does not commit you to anything. No guaranteed acceptance: peer review decides what is published.
