Cut-offs by university and district
NQC is the UGC's mark for “no qualified candidates” from that district in that round. It can happen for several reasons, so it does not mean the course is closed to the district. Many places are allocated district by district, which is why the same course needs a different Z-score in different districts.

Who can apply
Minimum eligibility requirements for admission : At least ‘S’ grades in any three subjects at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) Examination. In addition to that, candidates must fulfill the following requirements; (a) At least an Ordinary Pass (S) in English at the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination (b) At least a Credit Pass (C) in Mathematics at the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination or an Ordinary Pass (S) in Mathematics at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) Examination (c) At least a Credit Pass (C) in Science at the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination (d) Passed the Aptitude Test, which will be conducted by the University of Moratuwa
